A foundational day of energetic awakening and self-discovery—open to brand new students as well as those previously attuned who are seeking a refresh and reattunement. This class is intentionally limited to 5 students, allowing for a more intimate, supportive, and high-quality learning experience.

Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your Reiki journey and focuses on healing the self. Through your first attunement, your energy system is opened and connected to Universal Life Force Energy, allowing Reiki to begin flowing through your hands with intention. This level primarily works on the physical body while gently supporting emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.

Reiki Level 1 is deeply personal and often transformative. It supports self-awareness, self-worth, confidence, and spiritual growth, helping to bring subconscious patterns, old wounds, and energetic blockages into the light so they may be released and healed over time. With consistent self-practice, Reiki becomes a powerful tool for grounding, clarity, and overall well-being.

This level allows you to offer Reiki to yourself, close family members, pets, plants, and your environment, creating harmony and balance in everyday life.

What You’ll Learn in Reiki Level 1:

✨ Reiki Foundations – Understand what Reiki is, how it works, and how to safely and confidently channel the energy.

✨ Reiki Level 1 Attunement – Receive your first attunement, opening your energy channels and activating your ability to channel Reiki.

✨ Self-Healing Practices – Learn how to ground, shield, and protect your energy, and use Reiki as a daily self-care and healing tool.

✨ Hands-On Reiki for Others – Practice giving Reiki to others in a supportive and guided environment.

✨ Chakra System Basics – Learn about the chakras and how to assess and balance them using a pendulum.

✨ Reiki for Everyday Life – Learn how to offer Reiki to pets, plants, food, and your surroundings.

Each student will receive:

• A Reiki Level 1 manual

• A pendulum

• Reiki healing from the class

• A custom gemstone bracelet made by me

• A certificate of completion

Please note:
This training takes place over two sessions, spaced three weeks apart, allowing time for daily self-practice and the 21-day energetic integration period following your attunement. You will receive your attunement during the first session. The second session is shorter (approximately 3 hours) and is designed to deepen your understanding, integration, and confidence. The date for the second session will be decided together on the day of the first class.

If you are signing up for the refresher, copies of your previous attunements (including the name of your Reiki Master) are required, as I will be reaching out to verify your certification.
