Workshop & Event Refunds
Cancellations must be made via email to breathebyjosie@gmail.com.
This is the ONLY acceptable means of cancelling.
Don't call the venue, don't post it on Facebook, don't tell your friend. Email ME.
Cancellation made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a $3 processing fee per ticket. Cancellation made in the week prior to the event will receive a 50% credit to be used for any future event that features tickets sold on Josie's website, OR Josie will make you whatever it is that we were making at the event and mail it to you. (Credit expires 6 months from issue date.) No call no show, receives no refund or credit.
Returns & Refunds
Josie gladly accepts returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.
To request a return or exchange, you must contact her within 3 days of delivery of your order, and dispatch them back to her within 7 days of delivery. Failure to comply with these timelines will result in the refusal of your request.
To request a cancellation, you must contact her within 3 hours of purchase, otherwise your order will be dispatched as normal.
Josie is unable to accept returns or exchanges on some items.
Unless the items arrive damaged or defective, Josie cannot accept returns for: custom or personalized orders, perishable products (like herbal products), or items on sale.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Josie's Repair Guarantee
Josie's work is all entirely handmade using only the highest quality materials. She guarantees that any items you purchase should last you a long time with proper care.
Still, sometimes things don't go as planned—your anklet snaps after one too many dips in the pool, or your bracelet gets caught on something and the elastic breaks. It happens.
This is why Josie offers a Repair Guarantee.
Should one of Josie's pieces break in your possession, please reach out and contact her to begin the repair process. She'll be happy to repair your item free of charge, subject to a few simple terms.
How to Return Your Items for Repair:
First, you should collect as many of the beads as possible. If a few are lost, it's okay—Josie will attempt to replace any missing beads, though they may not perfectly match your previous set.
Second, please package your item securely and ship it back to Josie at your own expense. You must also include a return envelope with paid postage inside your package or envelope. Failure to do so will result in Josie being unable to complete your repair.
Josie will repair your item and return it to you in a timely manner, reinfused with spiritual intention.
