What is Reiki? RAY-kee - a Japanese word that is most often translated to Universal life force energy.  It is a gentle holistic treatment that affects the whole person - mind, body + spirit - balancing and harmonizing the whole energy field. Basically, a tune up for the energy body.

Reiki encourages deep relaxation and a sense of well-being. It supports + accelerates your body’s own natural ability to balance and heal itself. Reiki practitioners are simply conduits who channel Universal life force energy. Reiki itself heals but the practitioner is not doing the healing. 

Reiki is not a reading. It's not like going to a psychic or card reader. It is energy healing.

What to expect...After a session, you will feel deeply relaxed, almost as if you had a massage. Reiki works with balancing the seven major Chakras, and can assist the mind and body to return to a natural balance, leading to a restorative and healing state. The treatments are very gentle and non intrusive, requiring only your intention and openness to receiving the energy.

Distance Reiki is one of the most beautiful reminders that energy isn’t limited by time or space. Just as the sun warms us from millions of miles away, Reiki can be received wherever you are—whether you’re across town or across the world.

Where can I Experience Reiki?

• I teach Reiki Level 1, 2, and Master classes. I require 3 students to hold a class, and allow a maximum of 5. Small classes seem more meaningful to me. You can click on the image below to register, or email me with any questions.

• Reiki curious? I host a monthly Reiki Share Circle at The Venus Moon in Glendora. Open to all - you don't have to be attuned to Reiki. We give a brief explanation for those that are new, answer questions, then enjoy a guided meditation, followed by a Reiki Share, where everyone will give and receive 10 minutes of Reiki. $5 in advance or at the door
