So many beautiful souls are attuned to Reiki, often in a group setting, and then gently sent on their way, with no real roadmap or support as they begin integrating this powerful new energy into their lives. And it’s no one’s fault. It’s just something we don’t talk about enough.

Reiki opens the door to deep transformation. It shifts your frequency, expands your intuition, clears old energy, and awakens a new layer of self-awareness. But that journey can feel overwhelming when you're moving through it alone.

Having a mentor, someone who understands what it feels like to live with this energy, who can help you trust it, nurture it, and grow with it, makes all the difference. Not because you're not capable on your own, but because healing was never meant to be done in isolation.

I’ve been there too. I remember the questions, the beautiful highs, the confusing moments, the doubt, the magic, the recalibrations. And I remember how deeply I longed for someone to walk beside me, not to lead, but to witness and empower me.
That longing shaped the way I now support others.

If you’ve been attuned, whether recently or years ago, and you’ve ever wished for a space to land, deepen, and remember your own rhythm with the energy… I’ve created something just for that. A gentle space to realign your connection, deepen your trust, and receive support as you remember how Reiki wants to move through you.

Quietly. Intentionally. Lovingly.

In this 3 hour session (approx.), you will:
  • Refresh your energetic connection and practice
  • Receive a reattunement (every attunement raises your vibration)
  • Learn and integrate with clarity
  • Be mentored, listened to, and supported
  • Take part in a Reiki share/energy exchange with another student
  • Become part of my growing community of Reiki students, and have the opportunity to meet and connect on a monthly basis (we are 35 and growing strong!)

Cancellations/Refunds

Workshop Tickets: Cancellations must be made via email to breathebyjosie@gmail.com. This is the ONLY acceptable means of cancelling. Don't call the venue, don't post it on Facebook, don't tell your friend. Email ME.

Cancellation made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a $3 processing fee per ticket.

Cancellation made in the week prior to the event will receive a 50% credit to be used for any future event that features tickets sold on Josie's website, OR Josie will make you whatever it is that we were making at the event and mail it to you. (Credit expires 6 months from issue date.) No call no show, receives no refund or credit.

Reiki Tickets: This ticket is non-refundable, however, if you need to cancel at the last minute, I will work with you to reschedule for an upcoming class. Cancellations must be made via email or text to breathebyjosie@gmail.com. This is the ONLY acceptable means of cancelling. No call no show, receives no credit.
