WHAT IT MEANS TO ME
Many years ago, I gave up New Year's Resolutions. I'm happy with me, but also know that there's always room for improvement. Picking, instead, my "Word Of The Year" seems much more aligned with who I am than a resolution does.
My word for 2022 was GRACE - accepting life's victories with ease, and showing the same style when things get a bit harder; making the extra effort, but making it look effortless; learning to let things go; being kind + gentle with what I say + how I say it; forgiveness; listening when others speak, and making sure that what comes out of my mouth matches what's in my heart.  I haven't yet chosen my word for 2023 - a process not to be rushed!
