Sacred Vibrations: Smudge Spray Making & Shamanic Drum Healing
With Josie (Breathe by Josie) and Rachael (4Windz Shaman)
The days around Thanksgiving are full: the cooking, the gathering, the travel, the noise. By the Saturday after, many of us are tired in a way that rest alone doesn’t quite reach. Come exhale with us.
We’ll begin with a guided candlelit meditation, a few slow breaths to arrive, soften, and let the busyness of the week fall away. From there, you’ll move into the making. A buffet of glass bottles, crystal chips, essential oils, and rose water awaits. Choose what calls to you, blend your own smudge spray, and decorate and label your bottle so it’s wholly yours. There’s no right way to do this, let our intuition be your guide. (A smudge spray offers the same intention as burning sage or palo santo, without the smoke. That makes it a good fit for places where smoke isn’t welcome, such as apartments, offices, cars, and anyone sensitive to it. )
While you create, Rachael (4Windz) will invite you aside, one at a time, in private, for a personal shamanic drumming healing session. The steady heartbeat of the drum clears and restores, and she’ll finish by pulling a card to offer you inspiration and guidance to carry into the season ahead.
Since we’re at Venus Moon Crystal Warehouse, you’re welcome to wander the shelves and shop for crystals before and during the event. It’s a gentle way to find a little something for yourself, or for someone on your list.
Investment: $44, which includes all materials to make one smudge spray, your drum healing session, and your card pull.
✨ BYOB — bring your favorite beverage and snacks to enjoy while you create.
✨ All supplies included.
✨ No experience needed — just come as you are.
Address: 234 Chestnut Street, Glendora, NJ. We'll be in the crystal shop - the big black building in the back of the lot. Plenty of parking available.
🌿 Space is limited to 22 guests to allow time for the drum healing, so reserve your spot today! 🌿
