Join us at the enchanting Jane’s Tea House in Haddon Heights for an evening of self-care and relaxation! Experience an unforgettable evening of immersive sound healing and candlelit Reiki, followed by the most delicious desserts and tea - all designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.

What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants sit or lie down and listen to resonant sounds that promote relaxation, healing, and mindfulness. This immersive experience uses soothing vibrations and tones from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to calm the mind, balance the body, and create a deep sense of harmony.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a healing modality where the practitioner places their hands on or above the recipient's body, with the goal of channeling universal life force energy through the body to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and reduce stress and anxiety. Reiki can help you unwind and ease tension, as it promotes a sense of calm and well-being.

What can I expect?

🌿 First Hour: Angela (a certified sound healing practitioner) will guide you through a grounding meditation to help you settle in, followed by a soothing sound bath featuring a symphony of singing bowls and other instruments. While immersed in this healing soundscape, Josie (a Reiki Master) will provide individual Reiki sessions for each guest, channeling energy to promote balance and relaxation. You can choose to sit comfortably in a chair or bring your own mat, pillows, and blankets to create a cozy spot on the floor.

🍰 Second Hour: Transition to Jane's charming dining room, where you'll enjoy a beautifully curated tier of premium desserts paired with a pot of tea of your choosing from an extensive menu of over 25 premium blends. You’ll have your own table to relish moments of solitude or share heartfelt conversations with friends in this cozy, inviting setting—perfect for savoring every delightful bite and sip.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the event to allow time for parking, check-in, and set-up of your space.

Here are a few things you can bring to make you more comfortable for this experience: a yoga mat, or you can sit in a chair if you’ll be more comfortable, a blanket and pillow, an eye mask (optional), loose comfy clothes so you can fully relax!
